How to integrate your social media page(s) with Local Club - single location account?

Local Club seamlessly integrates with your social media pages to help promote brand content.
Once integrated, the link created between your social channels will help automate the following functions from your Local Club account:
  1. Promote your best reviews by collecting them from other review sites, and publish them as posts on your company's social media pages.
  1. Allow Local Club to fetch reviews from your integrated social media pages (Facebook and Google) to facilitate seamless monitoring.
  1. Ability to respond to business reviews posted on the integrated pages.
  1. Publish branding content on your social media pages to engage with your followers.
📣
NOTE:
Every business needs to follow a two-tier process to fetch reviews from their Facebook page.
Tier #1: Add the Facebook page to review monitoring.
Tier #2: The second is to integrate the Facebook page.
To learn how to add your Facebook page to review monitoring, read the help centre article: How do I add or delete a review site from monitoring?

Integrating Social Page

To integrate your business social media page(s) with Local Club, follow these steps.
  1. Click on the ‘Settings’ tab.
  1. Go to the ‘Integrations’ tab.
  1. Under the 'Integrations', view all the channels and integrate different social pages.
📣
NOTE:
To understand how to integrate a social page, let's consider the example of a Google My Business(GMB) page. The process is the same for Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  1. Select 'Google’ under the 'Integrations' tab.
  1. Click on 'Connect' corresponding to 'Google My Business.'
  1. Log into your Google account.
  1. If you are already logged in, select the ‘Gmail’ account to continue.
  1. Allow Local Club to access your GMB account.
  1. Click on the ‘Allow’ button to continue.
  1. Now, Local Club will attempt to fetch the GMB pages from your Google account.
  1. Select the ‘GMB page’ you want to ‘Add’ to your Local Club account.
  1. On the next screen, a notification will appear confirming the successful integration.
📣
NOTE:
A ‘Green dot’ next to the page name indicates that the integration is successful and a ‘Red dot’ indicates a broken integration.
  1. Update the logo, and brand name, edit the welcome message, and message for outside business hours to manage your GMB messages. For more information, read the help article: How do I set up Google Messaging?
  1. On the next screen, you need to confirm whether the brand logo and name are correct.
📣
NOTE:
Local Club takes 5-30 minutes to complete this process.

IMPORTANT:

  1. You will not be able to change the brand logo and name after you’ve saved them.
  1. Similarly, you can also integrate Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn company pages.
  1. If your business' social account is managed by a separate entity, and you wish to allow them to integrate the social page with Local Club, you need to generate a social connect URL. You can then share the URL with the marketing agency or freelancer who manages your social account. It helps them connect your business' social pages with Local Club without logging into the account.
To learn more about how to generate a social connect URL, read the help center article: How to generate social connect URLs?

Removing an integrated page

To remove an integrated page, follow these steps.
  1. Click on the ‘Actions’ button corresponding to Google My Busines.
  1. Select 'Remove' from the options.
  1. When a window pops up click on the ‘Remove’ button to proceed.
  1. View a notification at the top of the page once the page is successfully removed.
📣
NOTE:
Once removed, an integrated page will be permanently deleted from your Local Club account. To manage the social page in the future, you need to integrate it with Local Club once again.
