Birdeye allows you to download reviews from your account to assess the number of positive and negative reviews aggregated on your platform. You can choose to download a few reviews based on your preferences or all the reviews. This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to download reviews from your Birdeye account.

Downloading copy of reviews
To download reviews, log in to your Local Club account and click on the 'Reviews' tab in the left navigation rail.
From your 'Reviews' page, you can sort your reviews by using the 'Filter by' tab on the right-hand side.
By default, you can view the 'Review Source', 'Time Period' and ‘Review Content’ filters.
To view more filters, click on the 'All filters' button.
When the 'All filters' pop-up window appears, you can customize the filters to download reviews for a specific location, review source, city, state, certain tags, within a time period, and more.
To download reviews in Excel or PDF format, click on the 'Bulk Actions' drop-down button.
Click on ‘Download’.
Select either the 'Excel' or ‘PDF’ option.
