If you want to change the link to a review site where you want customers to leave reviews for your business when sending review requests, you can do so under 'Review monitoring'.
This will automatically change the review site URLs embedded within templates.

When you have multiple locations within the platform
To access your business profiles, go to 'Settings' in the top navigation rail (⚙️).
Click on 'Business profiles' under the 'Profile' header.
Select the desired location where you would like to monitor new reviews.
Then, hover over the ‘Reviews’ tab and click on the ‘Review sites’ option under 'Monitoring.’
When you have a single location within the platform
Go to the 'Settings' tab on the top navigation rail (⚙️).
Then navigate to the 'Reviews' tab, and click on 'Site monitoring.’
Here, you can view all the review site URLs associated with your account.
To edit a link, navigate to the desired URL.
Then, click on the 'Edit' option.
NOTE:
If you add a new URL, reviews that were aggregated from the previous URL will be removed from the platform and will no longer be visible. If you make changes to Google or Facebook URLs, you will need to check whether the integration with the review sites is still intact. If you find that the integration is broken, you will need to reintegrate and remap the pages with Local Club in order for the reviews to be aggregated.
Now, add the new link in the URL field and click on the 'Save' button.
In the case of Google, you need to verify the new URL before adding it. Click on the 'Verify URL' button to verify the link. After the verification is successful, click on the 'Save' button.
Now, the link associated with the template will be automatically renewed.
