With Birdeye's review generation feature, businesses can request reviews on custom websites beyond the 150+ websites listed under 'Monitoring'.
After adding a review site under 'Generation', it will appear under the 'Review request email' section when customizing templates.
If you're a single location user, click on the 'Settings' tab on the left navigation rail, then navigate to the 'Reviews' section, and select 'Site generation.’
