As a Local Club user, you have convenient access to download reviews instantly in PDF or XLS format or have them delivered to your email inbox.
Review reports can also be scheduled for automatic download on a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
The following steps will guide you through downloading and scheduling review reports. ⬇️

How to download reviews instantly
Go to ‘Reviews’ on the left navigation rail, click on ‘Bulk Actions’ and select ‘Download.’
On clicking ‘Download’, you can choose either XLS (Excel) or PDF format to download reviews.
NOTE:
Users can download the top 100 reviews in case they choose to download via PDF format. Switch to XLS format in order to download up to 40,000 reviews.
How to receive review reports via email
Go to ‘Reviews’ on the left navigation rail, click on ‘Bulk Actions’ and select ‘Email.’
An 'Email Reviews' drawer opens on the right side of the screen. The subject line and body have pre-filled placeholder text, but you can customize them as needed.
After filling in the required information, click on 'Send' at the top right corner of the screen.
NOTE:
Only a user in the dashboard can be added as ‘Recipients’ to receive the email report. Multiple recipients can be added and a minimum of one recipient should be added in order to send the Review report.
How to schedule review reports
You can select different dates and time frequencies to generate review reports. These reports can be delivered on a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis in either XLS or PDF format.
Go to ‘Reviews’ on the left navigation rail, click on ‘Bulk Actions’ and select ‘Schedule.’
Edit the name of the review report
A drawer opens on the right side of the screen, allowing the user to edit the schedule name by clicking on the ‘Edit (Pencil)’ icon.
Schedule daily review reports
Choose ‘daily’ from the frequency dropdown list and select the time, at what time of the day you want the report to get delivered on an everyday basis. Enter the recipients’ names and Click on ‘Schedule’ to finish the setup of the report.
Schedule weekly review reports
Select ‘weekly’ from the frequency dropdown option, then select a day, on which day of the week you would like to receive the report, and finally, the time, at what time of that particular day of the week you would like to receive the report. Enter the recipients’ names and Click on ‘Schedule’ to finish the setup of the report.
Schedule weekly review reports
Select ‘monthly’ from the frequency dropdown option.
NOTE:
For a monthly report, the user can schedule it to receive the report either on the 1st, 15th, or last day of the month. Click on ‘Schedule’ to finish the setup of the report.
Schedule quarterly review reports
Quarterly reports can only be received on the last day of the quarter, i.e., March 31st, June 30th, September 30th, or December 31st.
Select ‘quarterly’ from the frequency dropdown list, enter recipients’ names and click on ‘Schedule’ to set up the report.
IMPORTANT:
All review reports are captured two hours prior to the delivery time. For example, if the delivery time is scheduled for 8 am, then the reports are captured until 6 am.
Edit scheduled list
Once the lists have been scheduled, the user can check the scheduled list by clicking on ‘Schedule’ under ‘Bulk actions.’
You can edit scheduled reports that are running. To edit the frequency of time and date, the name of the scheduled report, and the names of the recipients, hover over the ‘Three dots’ and click ‘Edit.’
Pause or delete a review report
The user can also pause and delete the scheduled review report by hovering over ‘Three dots’, clicking on ‘Actions’, and selecting the ‘Pause’ or ‘Delete’ option as required.
NOTE:
The user can also resume the paused scheduled report by repeating the same steps as they initiated to pause.
